Hospice services use a team approach of physicians, nurses, social workers, home health aides, volunteers, chaplains, family members and others. Hospice strives to provide quality medical care, pain and symptom management, and emotional and spiritual support tailored to help ensure a higher quality of life. Nursing visits are made on a regular schedule and an on-call 24-hour basis as needed. Additional services include inpatient and physician-directed services, interdisciplinary, integrated services, and bereavement counseling.

Survivors of Incest Anonymous (SIA) is a 12-step, self-help program modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Printed literature is available, quarterly bulletins which can be sent free automatically to an email address, speakers, and self-help support groups. H.U.G.S. (Hope, Understanding, Grief, Support) is a peer-led support group for suicide loss survivors in the Aberdeen area. H.U.G.S. meetings provide the opportunity to explore feelings and shared experiences through the grieving process. They are led by volunteers who have lost a loved one to suicide. Meetings are held once a month, are free and drop-in.
