Services include: individual counseling, youth counseling, parent counseling, LGBTQ+ counseling, gender identity counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement and desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), brain spotting and internal family systems, and telemental health counseling.
Areas of focus include teenagers, adults, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, impulsivity, self harm, personality disorders, life transitions, relationship concerns, coping skills, and stress.
