Meetings are located all over the world with the majority being in North America. Meetings are held seven days a week at all times of the day. Meeting formats include face-to-face, telephone, and web-based options. SAA does NOT offer telephone counseling nor is it a "hotline." Interested parties will be referred to a meeting in the caller's area or to a telephone/web-based meeting for assistance.

Sanford Hospice is a specially trained team that is committed to providing our patients with quality end-of-life care. Our interdisciplinary team understands and is sensitive to the needs of our patients and their loved ones. Our team is comprised of nurses, medical director, social workers, dietitians, volunteers and chaplains. Hospice services can be provided wherever that patient calls home. This includes inpatient hospice, hospice cottages, nursing homes, assisted livings, and other long term care facilities.
