After sharing a meal, participants are divided into groups by age; adults, adolescents and children. Children's group facilitators are masters level individuals trained to work with children. Each session includes a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. Includes on-location video and real-life stories of people who have experienced losses like yours. After viewing the video, there is small group discussion about the video.
The group also allows for the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a loss, learn about their experiences and have the opportunity to share personal experiences related to the loss.
