The Jerauld County Sheriff's Office conducts criminal investigations, enforces state, federal and local laws, civil process service and pursuant to statute does pursue and apprehend all felons, and execute all writs, warrants, and other processes from any court or magistrate for which the sheriff has the legal authority.
The department is a year-round prescription drug take-back site.
