Offers telehealth services. Family Pathways (Family Outreach Services) counselors providing intensive counseling and support services for children in community locations such as home or school. Psychiatric Services include assessments and medication management. CARE - Continuous Assistance, Rehabilitation, and Education services for adults with severe mental illness.

Some of those services include: treatment for eating disorders, substance abuse evaluations, internet addiction evaluation and treatment, therapy for individuals with dual intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health, caregiver counseling, ambiguous loss counseling, as well as trauma services, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Provides the following: individual counseling, substance abuse counseling, psychological assessments, outpatient substance abuse treatment, grief/bereavement counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy, child abuse survivor counseling for adults, family counseling, mental health screening, trauma informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, adolescent/youth counseling, parent counseling, spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, and internet (tele-health) counseling. The Juvenile Diversion Program, which includes Teen Court and Truancy Court, is a collaboration between the Pennington County State's Attorney, the 7th Judicial Court, and local social service providers. It is offered as an alternative to court involvement for juvenile offenders ages 10-17. Teen Court is a volunteer youth program, and accepts volunteers 14-17 years old. Charges typically eligible for diversion include: Minor consumption/possession of alcohol Shoplifting Simple assault Disorderly conduct Disturbance in school Truancy Possession of tobacco, marijuana, or drug paraphernalia The following are some of the classes and other activities that may be required during the three-month program. Participants are responsible for all program costs. Scholarships may be available for families needing financial assistance.

• Property Offense and Stop and Think Classes, a two-hour class emphasizing choices and consequences.
• Community Service, juveniles work as volunteers in the community for a specific number of hours in either diversion-arranged projects or at other sites arranged by the family.
• M.A.D.D. Victim Impact Panel, juveniles attend a presentation by individuals whose lives have been affected by drinking and driving accidents.
• Tattoo Removal, juveniles wanting tattoos removed, can be referred to T.R.U.S.T. (Tattoo Removal Unified Support Team).

Surviving After Suicide (SAS) Class: The Surviving After Suicide Class is designed to help people who have lost a loved one to suicide learn to express and understand their grief. The class will discuss stigma, pain, guilt, and other common experiences of suicide loss grief. This is a ten-week course that provides support for survivors of suicide loss. Each class will focus on a unique aspect of survivor grief and is built for group members to share and support one another through the process. The class is offered three times a year, with sessions starting in January, April, and September. Registration for this class is required. Surviving After Suicide (SAS) Support Group: A monthly support group for people who have lost a loved one to suicide. Survivor information packets are available at no cost. The focus of this group is to connect suicide loss survivors and provide them with a space to support one another. Any survivor, 18 or older, is welcome to attend this group. Registration is not required to attend this group; however, the virtual option does require an email address to send a link to attend the group. This is an open and on-going group available in both in person and virtual settings. The in-person group meets from 7:00pm - 8:30pm, every third Thursday of each month in Sioux Falls. The virtual group meets from 6:00pm to 7:30, every third Wednesday of each month. Surviving After Suicide Events: Support events are open to anyone who has been impacted by suicide loss. COVID Testing Option: ​Oyate Health Center Urgent Care 3200 Canyon Lake Drive 7:00am - 7:00pm (MT), 7 days a week Christmas Eve closes at 3pm (MT). Closed on Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Oyate Health Center provides primary medical care, outpatient clinic, and urgent care. Additional outpatient services that are provided on site include optometry, pharmacy (Prescription Drug Take Back Site, blue drop-box by pharmacy), laboratory, radiology, dental, physical therapy, podiatry, and social services. Oyate Health Center has 2 sweat lodges. Please call for details. Oyate Health Center provides direct health services to Native Americans and provides contract health care services and referrals to those that are eligible within IHS requirements. This means that if a patient is enrolled in a federally recognized tribe or can prove lineage of descent of an enrolled tribal member; the patient may receive direct care services at Oyate Health Center. Prescription Assistance - Any Native American enrolled in a federally recognized tribe can receive prescription expense assistance at any IHS facility.

It can take place anywhere a patient might reside such as in the home, a nursing home, or in a short-term in-patient hospital setting. Services include medical social services, spiritual care, personal care services, home management services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, nutritional services, medication management, medical equipment and supplies, short-term-in-patient care, and bereavement/aftercare services for at least a year.
