Treasured Lives is a faith-based organization with a passion to provide a safe environment for survivors of any form of sexual trauma with specific focus on survivors of Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and sex trafficking. Free those in bondage, whether physically, spiritually, or emotionally, and advocate for a future in which they can thrive, and spread awareness and education regarding sexual exploitation in order to help end sex trafficking and abuse.

Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Offers residential behavioral health support to young and old to help individuals cope and thrive in a nurturing environment. Services provided: Coordinates all agencies within the jurisdiction to include public, private, and non-governmental organizations to ensure the protection of life and property in the event of threatened or actual natural disasters, terrorism, technological, or man-made events. Responsibilities includes develops and maintains the county plan for reacting to emergencies; during an actual emergency, the director coordinates the action; and trains other agencies to respond to emergencies. Pathway of Hope guides families with children 18 years and younger through crisis and instability to a place of security. Offers strengths-based casework, providing services such as: financial counseling and planning, goal setting with action steps, job training, referrals and employment assistance, assistance with securing housing and child care, and emotional and spiritual support. Provides one-on-one support for loved ones (friends and family) of those struggling with addiction. Loved ones can engage in coaching regardless of where the person in their life is on the addiction journey (actively using, in treatment, or anywhere in between). Coaching sessions focus on helping loved ones understand addiction, reduce conflict, improve communication, strengthen well-being, establish healthy boundaries and motivate others towards change.

Provides a residential 45-day stay with evidenced based treatment strategies to treat adolescents who have both a substance abuse issue accompanied by a mental health condition.

​ Sponsored by The University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine medical students under the supervision of internal medicine physicians, provide health care with the goal is to provide health care to uninsured patients over the age of 18 while providing a learning opportunity for medical students. Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots. Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients. This clinic also offers prescription assistance.

COVID Testing Option: ​Oyate Health Center Urgent Care 3200 Canyon Lake Drive 7:00am - 7:00pm (MT), 7 days a week Christmas Eve closes at 3pm (MT). Closed on Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Oyate Health Center provides primary medical care, outpatient clinic, and urgent care. Additional outpatient services that are provided on site include optometry, pharmacy (Prescription Drug Take Back Site, blue drop-box by pharmacy), laboratory, radiology, dental, physical therapy, podiatry, and social services. Oyate Health Center has 2 sweat lodges. Please call for details. Oyate Health Center provides direct health services to Native Americans and provides contract health care services and referrals to those that are eligible within IHS requirements. This means that if a patient is enrolled in a federally recognized tribe or can prove lineage of descent of an enrolled tribal member; the patient may receive direct care services at Oyate Health Center. Prescription Assistance - Any Native American enrolled in a federally recognized tribe can receive prescription expense assistance at any IHS facility.
