Christian Discovery Group is a spiritual quest of the 12 steps.

Providing individual, couples, and family counseling. Treatment specialization includes: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobia, Gottman Method Couples counseling, social anxiety, sexual problems, relationship issues, medical and health concerns, grief and loss, work and career issues, stress management, addiction and recovery, parenting and family issues, conflict resolution, child and adolescent therapy, anger management evaluation and treatment, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), sexual assault and domestic violence issues, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Brainspotting, and discernment counseling. A 6-week bereavement support group for individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Group Discussion is rooted in Catholic tradition.

Alateen is a 12-step program which provides support, understanding and encouragement to friends and relatives whose life has been affected by someone's alcoholism. Group sessions are available at different times throughout the year. Some of the group sessions offered include:

• Corrective Thinking: For youth ages 13 - 18 to help members identify:

The five basic thinking errors and deterrents to thinking errors The four characteristics that are essential for change The impact of behaviors on family, friends, and the community

• Couples Workshops: For couples who wish to enhance their relationship, whether or not they are having difficulties. Workshops offer:

Skill and idea description and demonstration Opportunity for couples to practice skills privately Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their experiences if they would like

• Introduction to Mindfulness: What happens in your life depends on your mind
• Social Skills Group: For 10-15 year olds struggling with social skills or fitting in.

Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder: For children ages 5 - 11 and their birth, foster, or adoptive parents. While the parents or parenting team is involved in education, supportive discussion and training, the children will gather in a separate group to work on developmental and behavioral issues.

• Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. Participants are taught to assess for risk of suicide or harm; listen non-judgmentally; give reassurance and information; encourage appropriate professional help; and encourage self-help and other support strategies.

Providing mental health services for children, adolescents, adults and families. Services include evidence-based interventions including DBT, CBT, ART, TF-CBT, CPT, EMDR, ERP, PE and play therapy-based techniques. Specializes in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidenced based therapy for parents and their children age 2 - 7 who have emotional and behavioral issues. Both traditional therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy can be conducted through telehealth.

Provides services to adults and adolescents; service specialty areas for adults include post-partum emotional response, infant loss, depression, anxiety, insomnia, life changes and adjustments; service specialty areas for adolescents include parent/child relationships, bullying, peer and relationship issues, and life adjustments.

Treasured Lives is a faith-based organization with a passion to provide a safe environment for survivors of any form of sexual trauma with specific focus on survivors of Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and sex trafficking. Free those in bondage, whether physically, spiritually, or emotionally, and advocate for a future in which they can thrive, and spread awareness and education regarding sexual exploitation in order to help end sex trafficking and abuse.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Al-Anon Family Groups is a 12-step mutual support group program with member-facilitated meetings for anyone concerned about or affected by someone else's drinking. Although a separate entity, the program is adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous. There are no dues or fees for membership. No referral or appointment are necessary. The program is spiritually based rather than religious. All are welcome regardless of their beliefs or background.

The Domestic Violence Hotline for South Dakota is answered by the Helpline Center providing support and crisis intervention 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

A 12-step program designed to help relatives and friends of addicts recover from the effects of living with an addicted relative or friend. Nar-Anon's program of recovery uses Nar-Anon's Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. The only requirement to be a member and attend Nar-Anon meetings is that there is a problem of drugs or addiction in a relative or friend. Community outpatient mental health facility. Provides mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Services include but are not limited to psychiatric care and evaluations, children's services, group and individual counseling, play therapy, aggression management, and more.

Provides assessments and therapy for individuals, groups, families, of all ages. Services address alcohol abuse and addiction, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, marriage problems, family problems, adolescent and child adjustment, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, physical abuse, emotional abuse, delinquency problems, parent-child conflicts, stress, depression, spiritual needs, and mid-life issues. Offers telehealth sessions only if it is covered by insurance and client is located in state at the time of the call. Preference is for the first appointment to be face-to-face.

Support group of parents helping parents. Meets every week to offer education and support, at no cost, for parents who are dealing with a son or daughter battling addiction.

A full service hospital and family medicine clinic located in the community of Chamberlain, SD. The facility provides acute, emergency, and medical care.

Helps families and their support systems find hope and healing after the loss of a child at any age. Provides encouragement, compassion and support through retreats, education and small groups. The groups provide a way to connect with other families who are walking a similar journey.

Offers prescription delivery and pickup, immunization shots, and walk-in and virtual care options. Also offers Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) screening and treatment, chronic disease self management program, birth control and family planning, and smoking cessation. Rapid City and Sioux Falls - S. Louise Avenue location are a medication disposal site.

A non-profit, volunteer, peer support group for people with any type of addictive behavior at all stages of change-including those pursuing harm reduction or abstinence. SMART meetings include group discussions that help individuals with motivation, urges, thoughts and behaviors, and creating a balanced life. The SMART program is a secular, science-based approach to addictive behavior of any kind.

Individual and couples mental health and chemical dependency counseling to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues including, but not limited to; depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), physical and or sexual abuse, trauma, chemical dependency and other addictions, co-occurring disorders, family issues, behavioral issues, relationship issues, sexual identity, adjustment disorders, career issues, adoption issues, attachment issues, personality disorders, stress management, women's issues, eating disorders, post traumatic stress (PTSD), and crisis prevention. Offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Telehealth sessions available. Also an LGBTQ+ friendly provider.

Offers the following groups: Bible Study, Recovery Group, and Family and Friends of Addicts, Alcoholics, and Substance Abusers Group.

Services provided to adults with severe mental illness (SMI) including: CARE - Continuous Assistance, Rehabilitation, and Education, IMPACT - Individualized and Mobile Program of Assertive Community Treatment, and Psychiatric Services - assessments and medication management. Provides pharmacy services such as medication management, multi-dose packaging, and consulting services for specific groups of people such as residents in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and individuals with chronic medical conditions. This is a medication disposal site.

A long-term (up to 24 months) shelter for victims of human trafficking. Victims must be willing to stay at least 6 months. Pathfinder Center is not an emergency short-term shelter. Mission is to provide a place of refuge for victims of human trafficking from all over South Dakota. Safety - Women have stable, safe housing and protection from traffickers. They become part of a healthy, safe community of support that provides compassionate assistance while they address pressing legal, medical and emotional needs. Services and Support - Women receive addiction counseling, job skills/GED classes, emergency counseling and transportation. Services wil also include a crisis hotline, clothing, food and hygiene items. Self Development - Women learn life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, understanding boundaries, understanding trafficking and trauma, and making safe choices to help them live independent lives. Cannot accept anyone who is still using drugs or alcohol. If the victim is still using substances/has addiction issues, they must attend treatment prior to receiving services.

Specializes in LGBTQ+ topics and sex therapy, however, also addresses mental health concerns such depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting difficulties, and grief.
