Offers year-round prescription drug take-back sites that are available on site. Members of the public may drop off any unused prescription or nonprescription drugs as well as any "sharps," such as needles or epi-pens.
Participates in the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program - a partnership between law enforcement, managers, and tenants to help keep drug and criminal activity out of rental properties. Maintains minimum standards for tenants and managers to participate in the program.

The Ryan White Part C program helps HIV positive people who live in Eastern SD to access primary health care. All patients who apply for the Part C Program will have access to case management services. The case managers help people with HIV/AIDS find services they need such as medical care, health insurance assistance, assistance with paying for medications, financial help, food/nutrition assistance, housing, referral to substance use treatment programs and/or mental health services, transportation, and other types of services. The Part C Program is a payer of last resort. Patients that are eligible for compensation through other programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance, must first access assistance through those programs.
Funds are available to assist with primary care, lab testing, emergency prescriptions, outpatient mental health therapy, outpatient substance abuse treatment, dental care, transportation, outpatient nutritional services, and medical and non-medical case management.
Other services include nurse case management, social work case management services, and HIV testing.
