Description

Responsible for serving and protecting the citizens of Brandon. Sioux Falls Metro (911) dispatches for Brandon. Strives to increase safety and reduce crime. Offers year-round prescription drug take-back sites that are available on site. Members of the public may drop off any unused prescription or nonprescription drugs as well as any "sharps," such as needles or epi-pens. Participates in the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program - a partnership between law enforcement, managers, and tenants to help keep drug and criminal activity out of rental properties. Maintains minimum standards for tenants and managers to participate in the program. Processes Peddler's License applications.
