Counseling Services | Community Counseling Services

Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Adolescent Substance Use and Mental Health Services | Southeastern Behavioral Healthcare

Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services. Also provides services to their families. Incorporating counseling, case management, and family support services, with the goal of assisting in the development of a nurturing and stable family environment in which children may grow. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family. Services provided to program participants include 24-hour crisis assistance, counseling services, chemical dependency screenings and assessments, case management, dedication management, psychiatric services, classes and workshops on mental health topics, early childhood mental health services, and play therapy for children ages 0 to 5. Some therapies offered in this program include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART).

CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

​ Sponsored by The University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine medical students under the supervision of internal medicine physicians, provide health care with the goal is to provide health care to uninsured patients over the age of 18 while providing a learning opportunity for medical students. Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots. Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients. This clinic also offers prescription assistance.

Outpatient Mental Health | Human Service Agency

Provide addictions assessments and mental health therapy to adolescents through adults. Community mental health center offering the following services: Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) Group for adolescents and adults, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), individual counseling, marriage and family counseling, psychotropic medication management, domestic violence evaluations and follow up services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Walk-in assessments are available at the Watertown and Sisseton locations. Also offers and telehealth services.

Health Care and Behavioral Health Services | VA Black Hills Health Care System

General medical and surgical, primary, nursing home, and rehabilitative care. Behavioral health services including addictive disorder services (ADS), compensated work therapy, Residential Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) program, Mental health intensive case management, inpatient psychiatric services, and outpatient psychiatric services. Gun locks are available through the Suicide Prevention Coordinator.

Oyate Behavioral Health is a component of Integrated Health Care. Individual Behavioral health services are offered through Clinic Appointment and Telehealth scheduled appointments. Walk-ins may be available. Provides the following services: comprehensive assessment, outpatient child/adult counseling and psychiatric services, medication management, group and family counseling, community support and education, telepsychiatry consultation, and dual diagnosis treatment.
