Provides shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, telephone and online support for military members and their families, including family information and referral, situational assistance, tax preparation and filing service, and links to military and community resources. Services include relationship counseling, non-medical counseling for stress relief, financial counseling, document translation, spouse scholarships, education and career benefits, child care options, PCS moves, and MSEP Job Search Navigator to assist military spouses find employment.

The Veterans Crisis Line is a free, confidential resource that's available to anyone, even to those who are not registered with VA or enrolled in VA health care. Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services. Also provides services to their families. Incorporating counseling, case management, and family support services, with the goal of assisting in the development of a nurturing and stable family environment in which children may grow. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family. Services provided to program participants include 24-hour crisis assistance, counseling services, chemical dependency screenings and assessments, case management, dedication management, psychiatric services, classes and workshops on mental health topics, early childhood mental health services, and play therapy for children ages 0 to 5. Some therapies offered in this program include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART).

The Disaster Distress Helpline is a hotline dedicated to providing year-round disaster crisis counseling. This crisis support service is for anyone experiencing emotional distress related to disasters such as: tornados or severe storms, hurricanes and tropical storms, floods, wildfires, earthquakes, drought, incidents of mass violence, and anniversaries of triggered events.

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client.
