Pivot Point provides 24/7 crisis assessment and stabilization services for adults (18+) who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Services include a comprehensive mental health assessment, stabilization of acute psychiatric symptoms, the development of a safety plan, and connection to appropriate ongoing services and supports.
There is no fee for services. Individuals in need of transportation to the facility may contact the facility or law enforcement to assist with transportation.
Pivot Point is an Appropriate Regional Facility for the State of South Dakota offering safe, supportive services for individuals experiencing mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm.
