The CWOY Support Navigator program is designed to provide support for American Indian youth, adults, and their families in the He Sapa area who struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. CWOY Support Navigators act as mentors, advocates, and resource guides for American Indian youth, adults, and families needing support for their healing and personal growth. 24-hour emergency shelter for women and children that provides crisis services for rape victims, child abuse victims and their non-offending family members, family members of homicide victims, adults molested as children, and victims of elder abuse. Services include accompany victims to hospital and through systems, transportation, advocacy, including criminal justice and court, emergency clothing and other supplies, assistance with protection orders, weekly women's support groups, crisis counseling, referrals and information, and assistance in filing for victim compensation.

Provides support, advocacy and a safe environment (through a shelter) to empower adults and children who have experienced domestic violence. Through leadership and education, SafePlace works collaboratively with the community to promote social change and to end violence. Individual advocacy and group counseling provided to those in and out of shelter.

A culturally-appropriate, anonymous, confidential and free service dedicated to serving Native American and Alaska Native impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Advocates take a Native-centered, empowerment based and trauma informed approach to every call, text and chat. Advocates are available 24/7 and offer peer-to-peer support, crisis intervention and safety planning, information and education about domestic and sexual violence, referrals to Native-centered domestic violence, sexual violence service providers, basic information about health options, support locating health facilities or crisis centers trained in the care of sexual assault and forensic exams, and general information about jurisdiction and legal advocacy referrals.

Safe Harbor assists victims of violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, elder abuse, human trafficking and stalking through shelter for victims (male victims housed in separate facility), crisis line, support groups, mobile rape / assault task force, information about community resources, community and public education, protection order assistance, and Kids Konnection Visitation and Exchange Center.

Provides confidential service to all individuals who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault, including 24-hour crisis line, Support groups, Support in court, Assistance with restraining orders and orders for protection, Community education, including: in-services and workshops on domestic violence to any group, information and referrals, and assistance with legal, medical, social, and other services such as advocacy, safe shelter, transportation, food, and clothing.

WAVI works to create a community free of domestic violence and sexual assault through advocacy, education, and support services. Providing the following services to those affected by domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault: one-on-one support from an advocate, emergency shelter for people made homeless due to recent domestic violence, 24-hour crisis line where calls are 100% confidential and judgment free, advocacy support with Protection Orders, accommodations including housing, food, and personal supplies for victims of domestic and sexual violence, moral support, assistance with finding affordable housing, suitable employment, transportation, and applying for public assistance, accompaniment when seeking medical attention, legal, or court services, and creative conflict resolution techniques.

Provides shelter for all suffering from domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and their families. In addition to shelter and food, services include: personal and rape advocacy, support groups, legal advocacy and referrals to other service agencies. The Women's Lodge can hold up to 18 adults and children before anyone has to sleep on the floor. Staff can also make arrangements if at full capacity or for other reasons if need be. Two-thirds of residents are usually children since most bring their children with them to protect them from the abuser's violence.

​Individual, family, or group therapy for children, teens, and adults, who are victims or survivors or domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or child abuse. Services offered include: EMDR; child therapy for children ages 5 and older; crisis counseling for individuals staying in shelter; on-going therapeutic counseling with a masters-level therapist. In-Shelter or Out-of-Shelter services provided to victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and their families, so they can make decisions about their lives in a supportive, non-judgmental and empowering atmosphere. Ongoing advocacy is provided and assistance with obtaining resources to seek, or rebuild, a new and safe life. Provides courtroom advocacy, assist with protection orders, can provide interpretive services, and safety planning, and can assist with supplies for day-to-day living and setting up a new household. Children are welcome. Assistance with transportation needs can be addressed. Shelter can accommodate nine adults and several children.

The Wholeness Center provides shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include immediate 24-hour shelter and crisis hotline, crisis intervention, Legal advocacy: assistance in obtaining domestic abuse and stalking protection orders, and courtroom advocacy, medical advocacy, referral services: assistance in accessing community resources, i.e., housing, employment, financial needs, public education and outreach, information packets, and limited financial assistance. All services are free and confidential. The Wholeness Center is a member program of the South Dakota Network Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault.

Provides the following education and support services: Crisis Hot Line is a 24-hour service for anyone seeking help or information on domestic violence, stalking, or sexual assault. Domestic violence and sexual assault survivor advocacy services. Trained advocates are available to provide non-judgmental support for survivors, assistance with protection orders, referrals for medical needs/mental health/and legal services, food, personal items, diapers, other immediate needs, referrals for employment and education, and transportation to flee the area or for employment and housing search. Support and resource information by trained advocates to provide referrals for medical counseling, social services, and legal services depending on the victims needs. ​Confidential adult and children support groups which meet weekly. Available to all victims/survivors of past or present domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Call for more information on available groups. Community education programs providing speakers, videos, and materials to the public to increase education and awareness on the issues of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. A 27-week educational program for individuals who abuse their partners, Domestic Abuse Intervention Project (D.A.I.P.), is also available. Call for more information on community education programs.
