Provides voluntary residential addiction treatment for adults 18 and over in a safe, supportive and private setting. The typical residential program is 28 days and services may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), coping skills, individual and group therapy, family programming and other evidence-based approaches. Also provides medical stabilization for appropriate patients experiencing mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms. Nursing staff are on-site 24/7, and psychiatric and addiction care are available as part of the treatment program.

The Care Center is the hub of many resources at the Center of Hope. Services provided include computers and phone/fax which guests can use, at no charge, for resume and employment/job searching. ​Pastoral care is available for individuals to receive one on one counseling with the pastoral team, including getting connected with the Earn-Your-Way program. Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Dakota Guardianship and Advocacy Service Lines includes the following: Guardianship and Conservatorship: court appointed guardianship services to incapacitated seniors, disabled adults, Veterans, and minors.

• Healthcare Advocacy: assists individuals through the complicated network of various healthcare systems.

Powers of Attorney: can serve as a durable medical power of attorney to legally make responsible decisions on behalf of an individual concerning medical decisions and treatment. Additionally, also serves as a financial power of attorney to manage assets and investments. End of Life Planning: mediates potential difficult decisions within families including funeral planning, assisting with settling probates, partnering with attorneys to coordinate will planning and serving as a personal representative to settle estates. Elder Abuse & Neglect: experience working with elder abuse & neglect cases.

A recovery program based on the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous for those who want to stop their sexually self-destructive thinking and behavior. Sexaholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others recover. This program serves male and female youth with a primary diagnosis of substance dependency disorder. Treatment philosophy recognizes substance dependency as a chronic and progressive illness that can interfere with a person's growth from childhood to young adulthood. Treatment includes 12-step groups, Alcoholics Anonymous, and Narcotic Anonymous groups within a therapeutic setting. Treatment is completed in approximately 45 to 60 days.

Support for LGBTQ individuals who have endured abuse in their relationships. An 8-sessions support group for victims and survivors of domestic violence, with meetings held weekly. All adults with diverse gender identities and sexual orientations are welcome. Educational information is provided, as well as open discussion about personal experiences. This is a closed group, so registration is required by contacting the group facilitator. There is no cost to attend.  Discussion topics: Issues specific to LGBTQ individuals, overcoming gender roles and stereotypes, dynamics of domestic violence, the cycle of abuse, characteristics of health vs. unhealthy relationships, safe communication, building a support system, and healing from abuse.

A 6-week bereavement support group for individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Group Discussion is rooted in Catholic tradition.

12-step program modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous. Mutual aid society of people who have a problem with cannabis and a desire to quit using marijuana. Over 300 free weekly meetings that can be attended all over the world virtually and by phone. In-person meetings are available in some areas.

A full service hospital and family medicine clinic providing acute, emergency, and medical care. This is also a medication disposal site.

Services available include hospital (inpatient, outpatient and observation), swing bed (skilled nursing services), dietitian and nutrition services, rehabilitation services, laboratory services, X-ray and CT services, MRI, mobile mammogram and Dexa scan, clinic services, emergency services, and various outreach services. Bright Start is a community-based, voluntary program which implements the evidence based Nurse Family Partnership model to provide nurse home visitation services to families during pregnancy, after delivery and may continue until the child's second birthday.
