The Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors (LOSS) Team offers an 8-week class called "Understanding Your Suicide Grief" for survivors of suicide. This class focuses on helping those who have lost a loved on to suicide in hopes of assisting them in understanding the grief process and helping them find hope and health.
Also provides a monthly suicide-led bereavement group called Survivors of Suicide Support Group (SOS) for people impacted by death to suicide. The group focuses on learning how to cope, heal, and recover with a community of others who have experienced suicide loss. The support group is a safe space to explore the challenges of suicide grief in a survivor's timeframe.
