National hotline for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning community with concerns or questions on gender identity/expression and/or sexuality. Providing a free and confidential space to find support, factual information, and vital community connections.

Provides resources, education networking, and events for the LGBTQ+ community. ​Some events include Black Hills Pride Festival, Black Hills Youth Pride, Transgender Day of Remembrance events, Drag Shows, Pride Prom, Transgender Day of Visibility events, Rainbow 5k Color Run, Closet Pop-Ups, and Halloween parties. Also have support groups and volunteer opportunities.

Provides primary LGBTQ+ health care for people up to the age of 21. This includes routine check-ups, sexually transmitted/HIV/pregnancy tests, and sexual health education. An in-house pharmacy is available as well as mental health counseling services. Dr. Amanda Diehl has more than 20 years of experience and trained on LGBTQ+ health care through the Fenway Institute's National LGBT Health Education Center. In addition, the entire staff has been trained to provide an affirming atmosphere for the LGBTQ+ population.
