Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. The Domestic Violence Hotline for South Dakota is answered by the Helpline Center providing support and crisis intervention 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Assisting survivors of sexual, relational, and family trauma through the healing process, by serving survivors of all genders, beginning at age 3. Services include: individual or group therapy for children, teens, and adults, with a licensed therapist or graduate-level therapy intern under supervision of a licensed therapist (includes brainspotting) counseling services for caregivers of children or other secondary survivors of those affected by sexual, relational, and/or family trauma parent-child interaction therapy, a therapy for non-offending caregiver and child play therapy for children ages 3-12 who are primary or secondary survivors of sexual, relational, and family trauma crisis counseling - walk-in therapeutic support that provides stabilization through coping skills and resource identification
