Provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (Suboxone, Naloxone, Vivitrol) addressing opioid, alcohol, heroin, and methamphetamine addictions. Physically located in Rapid City, SD, but providing services anywhere in South Dakota via Telemedicine. Medication assisted treatment is the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and other therapies to provide a whole-patient approach to treatment for substance use disorders (SUD). Other services include: MAT services, HIV/HCV screenings, lab work, pregnancy tests, specialty and primary care referrals Medication assistance programs Patient advocacy & resource connection FAQ's Do I need to be clean? Provides monthly collaborative meetings identifying resources and needs within the recovery communities. Variety of meetings available including: Systems of Native Community Health- Board Meeting; Medicine Wheel; Anpetu Waste Oyate Okolakiciye Prevention Coalition Family and Friends; and Wellbriety. Provides information and education regarding root causes, particularly unresolved trauma and grief and provides technical assistance and technical training to tribal, local, county, state, regional entities, and community profit and non-profit organizations and agencies. Online resources are available for all addictions.

Outpatient program services for substance use and mental health (including co-occuring issues). Incorporates Lakota cultural traditional health along with mainstream modalities: - Crisis intervention - Individual, family, and couples therapy - Outpatient groups for both mental health and substance use issues - Community prevention - Discharge and aftercare planning - Referrals for involuntary and emergency services - Psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults - Medication Management - Inpatient treatment referrals for substance use and mental health counseling (including co-occuring issues) - Integrated Care Case Management - Transitional Living Center for pre-treatment (before treatment) and aftercare services provided 24/7.
