Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

For co-occurring disorders, diagnosis must be substance use primary and mental health secondary
Inpatient and outpatient gambling program with certified gambling counselors

- Medication Assisted Treatment
Different medications are available. Keystone utilizes Vivitrol and Naltrexone. May utilize Subutex and other medications to taper during medically monitored detoxification. Keystone does not utilize Methadone or Suboxone for maintenance.
- Unique services available:
Native American cultural program (sweat lodge on site, talking circles, etc.)
Spiritually based 12-step program.
Veterans and retired military. Need to be referred through VA; able to take VA funding.
Active duty military and dependents may utilize TRICARE West Insurance.

- Treatment Needs Assessment for Substance Abuse - Offers alcohol and drug assessments to determine level of care needed.
- Jail Treatment Program - Alcohol and other drug abuse treatment services with an emphasis on criminal / addictive thinking and interactive journaling. The interactive journaling process encourages people to personalize the information they acquire and to take responsibility for their own recovery. Treatment is provided in the Minnehaha County Jail.
- Adult Outpatient Treatment Program - Consists of group therapy, alcohol and other drug information, skill development and relapse prevention.
- IMT (Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment) - consists of group therapy, individual therapy, case management, residential support and aftercare services. Intensity of services changes with the length of time spent in the program. Weekly participation ranges from 2-19 hours of service a week, depending on client needs.

Walk-in assessment for substance use are available from 1:30pm - 3:00pm on Tuesday, and 9:30am - 11:00am on Thursday. Counselors are primarily school based in RCAS and CSD middle and high schools along with select elementary schools. Services also available at main office in Rapid City for all adolescents (public, private and home-schooled) who are experiencing problems with substance use.
