Lifeways has school-based Addiction and Prevention Counselors in the Rapid City Area School District and limited services in the Douglas School District. Addiction Counselors are also available at main office in Rapid City for all adolescents (public, private and home-schooled) who are experiencing problems with substance use and in need of screening and/or assessment and treatment.

Outpatient Services - Individual therapy (for mental health or substance use), Family therapy, Group therapy, Medication management, Psychological assessments and testing, Commitment evaluations, Nursing home consultations, and 24-hour a day crisis intervention via crisis line. CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Horizon Health - Mission is a full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, prenatal care, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace.
