School-based alcohol and drug prevention and intervention counseling services for students and families. Services include: individual and group sessions, family counseling, drug and alcohol screening, tobacco screening, drug and alcohol assessments, referrals, aftercare (post treatment), and prescription drug lock boxes. Offering tele-mental health services. Must have access to computer with camera and microphone.

Provides transitional, clinically-managed, low-intensity, open-ended residential treatment program for adult males. Treatment program is designed around an initial 90 day treatment plan. There are no guarantees as to the results of treatment. Services provided are a minimum of 12 hours of individual, group or family counseling per week. Residents are encouraged to take part in the outdoor operation of the facilities and participate in any of the recreational therapy programs. Intravenous (SP) (IV) Drug Users: Client referrals who are identified as having a history of using drugs intravenously (IV) will be prioritized for admission into this program.

Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The Community Health Center was established in 1979 with its goal being to remove the barriers, primarily financial, that exist and limit the access of lower income individuals or families seeking primary health care services.  ​Services for the general public include family health, lab radiology, well-child care, immunizations, family planning (including birth control, STD screening and treatment), patient education, and dental care. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Counseling services include helping individuals and families learn to recognize problems, communicate needs, and change behaviors. Specialized programs include treatment for depression, anxiety, bi-polar, PTSD grief, trauma, life stress and adjustment disorders. Can provide counseling via telehealth for individuals. Preference is to have an in-person intake session, but Solace recognizes that this is not always an option. If the in-person session is not an option for clients, then will work with the individual to complete the intake via telehealth.

The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services.
