Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Carroll Institute Project Awareness Prevention Program contracts with area school districts to provide evidence-based prevention programming in the classroom K-12th grade by counselors trained in working with adolescents with varying backgrounds in prevention, school counseling, and mental health counseling. Diversion Program available for young adults ages 18-20 with no substance use diagnosis outside of tobacco use.
