Offers medical stabilization and medication assisted treatment (MAT). All therapists are co-certified in addiction and mental health, and psychiatrists will regularly round at the center. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.
