Residential substance use treatment for individuals suffering from illegal and prescription drug abuse as well as dependence on and addiction to alcohol. A 28-day intensive inpatient treatment program where individuals are emerged in 30 hours or more of programming each week. Clinically monitored inpatient withdrawal management (detoxification) program available if needed. Residential substance use treatment services are provided in the Benedictine Center on the Avera Sacred Heart Hospital Campus.

The Ryan White Part C program helps HIV positive people who live in Eastern SD to access primary health care. All patients who apply for the Part C Program will have access to case management services. The case managers help people with HIV/AIDS find services they need such as medical care, health insurance assistance, assistance with paying for medications, financial help, food/nutrition assistance, housing, referral to substance use treatment programs and/or mental health services, transportation, and other types of services. The Part C Program is a payer of last resort. Patients that are eligible for compensation through other programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance, must first access assistance through those programs. Funds are available to assist with primary care, lab testing, emergency prescriptions, outpatient mental health therapy, outpatient substance abuse treatment, dental care, transportation, outpatient nutritional services, and medical and non-medical case management. Other services include nurse case management, social work case management services, and HIV testing.

Elk Point Community Health Center is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Provides level 3.1 low intensity residential treatment for adults who are living with behavioral health conditions limiting their stability in the community. The Arch provides recovery oriented programming that helps residents create client centered treatment plans to address their transition needs back into the community. A residential substance abuse treatment and prevention program for pregnant and parenting women. Intensive inpatient treatment is offered along with prenatal care, parenting information, case management, and continued care in a residential facility for those who have completed treatment. Also, offers MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment).

A residential program for adult males 18 years and older who have struggled with drugs or criminal activity. The 16-month program consists of 5 phases of induction, training, and Re-Entry. The first 10 months include the 4 phases of induction and training. The 5th and final phase of Re-Entry is 6 months in length and consists of further discipleship and assistance in transitioning back into the real world.

Residential program offering 24-hour supervision, intensive 45-60 day program offering addiction recovery therapy. Seeks to meet each youth's educational, emotional, health, and family needs.
