Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

A private, non-profit, community-based human services agency service. Therapists, counselors, and case managers provide: - Individual and family counseling (e.g., marriage counseling, parenting skills, trauma informed services, EMDR, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, coping skill development, etc) - Addiction and dependency services - Evaluations and assessments - Social learning programs - Systems of Care - Prevention services, providing presentations to student and adult groups on a large number of topics and consists of a library that contains over 1,000 items available for check out at the main Lemmon office Offering services via telehealth. Screening, assessments, crisis intervention, and individual and group counseling for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Offers moral recognition therapy class, DUI Classes, Continuing Care and adult diversion classes. A Family Program is available to family members and friends affected by the substance use of another. Compass Point also offers CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Abuse) and MRT treatment. Offering telehealth services. Walk-in assessments available during normal business hours.

Programs include Crime Stoppers: Crime reporting time line, DARE: Drug Abuse Resistance Education, Drug take back: prescription drug drop off box in the lobby of city hall, Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety: education program in the public schools, Safety City: Teaches vehicle and pedestrian safety to children, School Resource Officer: liaison between law enforcement and the youth in the community, Citizens Police Academy, and CodeRed emergency notification system.

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Pre-treatment Evaluations: Provides screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement. Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available. Adult Outpatient Program: Outpatient treatment services are provided for individuals who meet the admission criteria. The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks. Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.
