An intensive, outpatient, 12-step recovery-based center for alcohol and drugs. Services are provided by certified chemical dependency counselors are available by appointment. Specific services include Assessments (walk-in assessments available), day and evening treatment programs, a separate adolescent program, 12 hour DUI class, Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment (IMT) - offered with state approval only, and a Recovery Maintenance Group. ​ This office is located close to the SAM (Sioux Area Metro) Orange bus route.

Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Pre-treatment Evaluations: Screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement by qualified/certified CD Counselors are available by appointment. Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available - see description of hours. Adult Outpatient Program: Outpatient treatment services are provided for individuals who meet the admission criteria. The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks. Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.

Providing mental health and addiction recovery services (including dual diagnosis) to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Services include: mental health/addiction evaluations, screenings and treatment services for addiction, adjustment disorders, anger management, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), Asperger's Syndrome, behavior problems, conduct concerns, depression, grief, mood disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), parent-child conflicts, post-traumatic stress, school refusal, separation and divorce, family issues, social skills training and stress management. South Dakota court approved treatment provider and provides court approved alcohol and drug assessments/evaluations and screenings including Individual 1st Offender DUI Education, Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) and Aftercare. Offering Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT); Behavior Modification; Clinical Supervision; Reunification Therapy; Psychological Evaluations/Screenings; Parenting Coordination, Play Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, Substance Use Prevention, Assessments for Substance Use Disorders, Psychological Assessments, Fit for Duty Evaluations and First Responder Counseling. Virtual and in-office sessions available.

CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

They include comprehensive child/adolescent/family services (outpatient therapy, psycho-educational and support groups, home-based therapy and support), comprehensive adult/family services (outpatient therapy), adult/adolescent/family substance abuse (focused) services (a full array of state-sanctioned outpatient education, intervention and prevention), and medical services (outpatient psychiatric). ​Walk-in assessments available during regular business hours. Emergency services: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year mental health crisis support available.
