Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

The Rapid City Fire Department Mobile Integrated Health Program works proactively to get the right resource to the individuals at the right time. Mobile Medics are available to provide patients with wound care, assess vital signs and blood sugar levels, and arrange transportation for essential needs. Community Health Workers (CHWs) act as a case navigator for patients seeking help with addiction. Provides treatment needs and an assessment for alcohol and substance use disorders.

A residential substance abuse treatment and prevention program for pregnant and parenting women. Intensive inpatient treatment is offered along with prenatal care, parenting information, case management, and continued care in a residential facility for those who have completed treatment.
