Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center.
Pre-treatment Evaluations:
Screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement by qualified/certified CD Counselors are available by appointment.
Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available - see description of hours.

The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks.
Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.
