The IMPACT (Individualized and Mobile program of Assertive Community Treatment) program is designed for individuals with severe mental illness who are in need of intensive supports in the community. Services are highly mobile and delivered in the clinic, home or other community-based locations depending on need and consumer preference. Treatment is based on a comprehensive assessment and the patient is involved in each step of treatment planning. IMPACT services may include symptom monitoring, medication management, nursing care, individual or group counseling and education, direct assistance in obtaining basis necessities and other supports. Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of professionals that include psychiatrists, psychologists, advanced practice nurses, mental health counselors, psychiatric social workers and case managers.

Community-based counseling center that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional readjustment counseling to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families. Bereavement services for family members is also available. The Sea of Goodwill is one place that will have a list of all the various official and unofficial support services available to help veterans. This program helps veterans find assistance in the areas of; employment, housing, financial assistance, and mental and physical health needs. Available 24 hours per day, the Watertown Police Department 911 Center serves as the call center for the Sea of Goodwill.
