The IMPACT (Individualized and Mobile program of Assertive Community Treatment) program is designed for individuals with severe mental illness who are in need of intensive supports in the community. Services are highly mobile and delivered in the clinic, home or other community-based locations depending on need and consumer preference. Treatment is based on a comprehensive assessment and the patient is involved in each step of treatment planning. IMPACT services may include symptom monitoring, medication management, nursing care, individual or group counseling and education, direct assistance in obtaining basis necessities and other supports. Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of professionals that include psychiatrists, psychologists, advanced practice nurses, mental health counselors, psychiatric social workers and case managers.

Group sessions are available at different times throughout the year. Some of the group sessions offered include: - Corrective Thinking: For youth ages 13 - 18 to help members identify: The five basic thinking errors and deterrents to thinking errors The four characteristics that are essential for change The impact of behaviors on family, friends, and the community - Couples Workshops: For couples who wish to enhance their relationship, whether or not they are having difficulties. Workshops offer: Skill and idea description and demonstration Opportunity for couples to practice skills privately Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their experiences if they would like - Introduction to Mindfulness: What happens in your life depends on your mind - Social Skills Group: For 10-15 year olds struggling with social skills or fitting in. Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder: For children ages 5 - 11 and their birth, foster, or adoptive parents. While the parents or parenting team is involved in education, supportive discussion and training, the children will gather in a separate group to work on developmental and behavioral issues. - Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. Participants are taught to assess for risk of suicide or harm; listen non-judgmentally; give reassurance and information; encourage appropriate professional help; and encourage self-help and other support strategies. - Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. Participants are taught to assess for risk of suicide or harm; listen non-judgmentally; give reassurance and information; encourage appropriate professional help; and encourage self-help and other support strategies. All within the context of helping the youth population.

A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Counseling services include helping individuals and families learn to recognize problems, communicate needs, and change behaviors. Specialized programs include treatment for depression, anxiety, bi-polar, PTSD grief, trauma, life stress and adjustment disorders. Can provide counseling via telehealth for individuals. Preference is to have an in-person intake session, but Family Service, Inc. recognizes that this is not always an option. If the in-person session is not an option for clients, then will work with the individual to complete the intake via telehealth.

Patient meets with mental health therapist for a 30-45 minute brief crisis session: processing stressors, support systems, coping mechanisms, providing brief therapeutic interventions. Goal is to meet patients in their time of need and assist with re-regulation of emotional state and assisting with ensuring ongoing follow-up care (if needed).

Assisting survivors of sexual, relational, and family trauma through the healing process, by serving survivors of all genders, beginning at age 3. Services include: - individual or group therapy for children, teens, and adults, with a licensed therapist or graduate-level therapy intern under supervision of a licensed therapist (includes brainspotting) - counseling services for caregivers of children or other secondary survivors of those affected by sexual, relational, and/or family trauma - parent-child interaction therapy, a therapy for non-offending caregiver and child - play therapy for children ages 3-12 who are primary or secondary survivors of sexual, relational, and family trauma - crisis counseling - walk-in therapeutic support that provides stabilization through coping skills and resource identification
