CHOICES Residential Services program serves adolescents and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/emotional or psychiatric disorders. Clients are assisted in learning new and more effective coping skills while remaining in their homes and their jobs. Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.
