Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. (JCAHO) serving Native American people living in or near Roberts County. Services include Behavioral Health, Dental, Diabetes Care, Health Promotion/Disease Prevention, Laboratory, Nursing, Radiology, Optometry, Pharmacy (Prescription Assistance - Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS), Primary Care, Public Health Nursing, Physical Therapy, Specialty Clinic (OB/GYN), Weight Loss/Nutrition, Well Child Care, Men/Women's Health, and Medication Disposal.

CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Offers crisis/sooner access mental health therapy sessions for patients experiencing increased mental health needs. Sessions often can be scheduled same-day or within 3 business days. Patient meets with mental health therapist for a 30-45 minute brief crisis session: processing stressors, support systems, coping mechanisms, providing brief therapeutic interventions. Goal is to meet patients in their time of need and assist with re-regulation of emotional state and assisting with ensuring ongoing follow-up care (if needed).

Counseling for individuals, couples, groups, and families for all ages. Other services include play therapy, psychological assessments just for children under 12 years of age, psychotherapy, relationship counseling and limited neuropsychological assessments. This office is able to provide telehealth to anyone in the state of South Dakota. There is paperwork that must be completed and signed prior to the first appointment.
