Services include alcohol and drug evaluations, referrals to inpatient or outpatient facilities, low intensity outpatient treatment, 6 week program, Moral Reconation Therapy, DUI Classes for Standing Rock Tribal Court only, Aftercare, adolescent program, community awareness programs, and Positive Indian Parenting.

Aims to assist clients in recovery maintenance. Recovery Support services includes formal aftercare programs, wellbriety, traditional pathways, and talking circles. Clients may have had their primary treatment experience within Anpetu Luta Otipi or they may arrive to the program in order to solely take advantage of formal and informal recovery support services. Recovery Support programs build on the progress achieved in primary treatment assisting the client to maintain a commitment to sobriety by encouraging a continuous self and environmental reflection. Recovery Support programs help the client continue to develop their problem solving skills and individual and family healing.

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Pre-treatment Evaluations: Screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement by qualified/certified CD Counselors are available by appointment. Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available - see description of hours. Adult Outpatient Program: Outpatient treatment services are provided for individuals who meet the admission criteria. The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks. Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.

Oyate Behavioral Health is a component of Integrated Health Care. Individual Behavioral health services are offered through Clinic Appointment and Telehealth scheduled appointments. Provides drug and alcohol treatment for adolescents ages 13 - 17 years of age who are enrolled as a member of a federally recognized Tribe or able to show the lineal descendancy. It is a rolling admission and can be anywhere from 90 - 120 days.

Also, providing Codependency Workshops, 12 hour DUI class, substance abuse treatment needs assessments, talking circle. Fully accredited with State of South Dakota for outpatient services. Works in partnership with the Tribal Community to raise their physical, mental, social and spiritual health by providing timely caring services.

Counseling for individuals and couples, working with, but not limited to issues such as depression, anxiety, illness, bereavement, trauma, and abuse. Can provide counseling via online video sessions. Intake information is required prior to first therapy session. The session is typically a 55 minute session, much like those who come in for an in person session.
