The Counseling Center offers the following services (all services based on eligibility and priority needs): Substance abuse services include screening, intake, evaluation, referrals, aftercare, primary prevention programs, education, MRT/SBISA classes, and group counseling. ​Mental health services include couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, Education, Referrals, and Psychological evaluations and services.

Hospice Care is special care for patients who have a diagnosis of a terminal illness or a significant decline in overall health. Hospice care can be set up at home, in long-term care facilities or assisted living, or hospice centers. Hospice professionals are specially trained to manage pain and symptoms with palliative medicine at the end of life so patients are comfortable, yet alert and able to enjoy each day to the fullest extent possible.

Offers primary care, mental health care, treatment for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and suicide prevention. Also offers transitional and supportive housing for veterans experiencing homelessness. Gun safety locks are available through the Suicide Prevention Coordinator.

Specializing in somatic experiencing sensorimotor psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Adlerian therapeutic techniques. Offering both telehealth and in-person appointments.

Helping individuals and couples walk through various complexities and challenges they face in life. Whether it's learning communication and problem solving skills, addressing infidelity, dealing with grief and loss or managing anxiety and depression - there is hope. Provides the following services: individual therapy; marital and couple's therapy; premarital; divorce; grief and loss; working through trauma from childhood abuse and neglect; family of origin; anxiety and depression.

Provides mental health services and counseling for individuals, families, and couples. Issues such as depression, anxiety, panic, life transition and adjustment (such as career, mid-life, relationship changes, aging), coping with chronic illness, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, job stress, issues relating to confidence, self esteem and empowerment, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioral issues, anger, and parenting. Provides both individual and group counseling for adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) with Level 3 trained practitioners using in-person and telemedicine services.

Specializes in autism, FASD, individual/family therapy, attachment, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, functional development, trauma recovery, group therapy, suicidality, sexual offender treatment specialty, crisis intervention, individual/group counseling, case management & community health worker (CHW) services, and brings 20+ years of experience in the behavioral health & social services field. Offers mail recipient services for those in-need, and hygiene closet for clients only.

Licensed, professional counseling for adults and children. All areas of counseling are available, including individual, marriage, and family.

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.

An evidence-based and practice informed program that has been shown to effectively influence components of grief and grief recovery. Based on over 40 years of practice dealing with grief and working one on one with grievers, the GRM program helps reduce grief by teaching grievers new skills on how to cope and process grief; how to confront old myths or unhelpful patterns of grieving; how to examine the ways in which grief has impacted their life through detailed assignments and exercises; and how to let go of pain from loss through the timely identification of apologies, forgiveness, and significant emotional statements, all within a helpful, supportive environment. There are 4 programs; 8-week support group, 7-week one on one, 4-week Helping Children Deal with Loss, and 6-week for Pet Loss. Wellness/Brain Health Coaching is a psycho-education program for working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, self efficacy, ADD, ADHD, and addictions which address the four circles of health and healing: biology, psychology, social, and spiritual. Individual therapy for ages 14 and up. Topics discussed include: anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, stress management, employment issues, abuse, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ counseling, and women's issues. Telehealth sessions available.

Provides mental health therapy via telehealth services for individuals, couples, and adolescents. Areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and LGBTQ+ empowerment. Sessions are tailored to meet clients personal needs in a secure, confidential, and convenient virtual environment.

Working with individuals ages 15 - adult, couples and families with a variety of challenges. Specialty training in family therapy, helping families dealing with challenging behaviors, and communication problems. Offers group therapy for parenting and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) trained.

Mental health services with a holistic approach. Experience in working with children, adults, marital counseling, family sessions, group sessions, Native Americans, and veterans. Offers ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), social groups for children ages 10-12 and 18-21 who are neurodivergent. Experience in depression, anxiety, PTSD, life coaching, etc. Offers services via telehealth. Same day appointments are available for both counseling and psychiatry services.
