Mobile Vet Center (MVC) are large mobile vehicles with space for confidential counseling and are used to provide outreach to individuals in communities that are distant from existing services. Also provides emergency services in response to national emergencies and disasters.

The Counseling Center offers the following services (all services based on eligibility and priority needs): Substance abuse services include screening, intake, evaluation, referrals, aftercare, primary prevention programs, education, MRT/SBISA classes, and group counseling. ​Mental health services include couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, Education, Referrals, and Psychological evaluations and services.

Psychotherapy group meeting for adolescents age 13 - 18 (still in school), facilitated by a trained mental health professional. Group uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and coping skills to help adolescents develop strategies to manage daily stress and emotional and behavioral difficulties.

​Individual, family, or group therapy for children, teens, and adults, who are victims or survivors or domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or child abuse. Services offered include: EMDR; child therapy for children ages 5 and older; crisis counseling for individuals staying in shelter; on-going therapeutic counseling with a masters-level therapist. Services are available for boys and girls, ages 4-14 years old, who exhibit emotional disorders and/or behavioral problems. The average length of diagnostic assessment period is thirty days. The average length of stay for residential treatment is twelve to fourteen months. The Special Education School Program specializes in the education and treatment of children with emotional and behavioral disorders. Initial assessment includes psychiatric evaluation, physical exam, nursing assessment, educational testing, family/social assessment, trauma assessment, and speech/language screening.

CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Client-centered, cognitive behavioral and energy based counseling for children, teens, adults, and families. For children, play therapy addresses many issues including physical, sexual and emotional abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, recovery from traumatic events, divorce, and foster or adoptive situations. Individual and family counseling for children and teens addresses behavior disorders, family and relationship issues, parenting concerns, substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, chronic mental illness, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. Sessions often focus on exploring and shifting core beliefs through resolving past issues. For adults, sessions blend Cognitive Behavioral and Client Centered Therapies with Energy Psychology techniques to understand how their issues may be influenced by past trauma. By identifying dysfunctional core beliefs and resolving the events/emotions that helped create those false beliefs, clients can move forward with more joy, less stress and confidence in their own power to heal. Sessions utilize energy balancing and clearing techniques (Emotional Freedom Technique, Emotional Code/Body Code, Matrix Reimprinting and Vibroaccoustic Therapy) as appropriate to release blocked emotions and energy for clients of all ages. Flexible scheduling allows for sessions to be held in the office or other community settings when possible, and telehealth sessions are available.

​​Offers Christian counseling services specializing in depression, anxiety, family issues, divorce, grief, self-injury, adjustment, drug and alcohol use, attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), social skill, anger, domestic violence, abuse, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship, autism, and Asperger's syndrome. Offers services in person or via telehealth.

Individual, couple, and family therapy for a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, marital distress, divorce, blended families, parenting challenges, and grief. Sensitive to indigenous culture through training and direct experience. Telehealth sessions available.

Pregnancy Counseling supports mothers as they experience the many emotions and decision that come with facing an unplanned pregnancy and help find the options that will work the best. Assistance with medical costs associated with pregnancy may be available. Some infant items are also available (layettes, infant clothing, etc.). Licensed social workers are available to travel and meet mothers involved in a crisis situation. Crisis pregnancy meeting sites will be kept confidential and be convenient for the mother. Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) classes for separating and divorcing parents with children under the age of 18, designed to: inform parents how to better understand the effects of divorce; assist parents to understand the needs of their children; help parents learn what they can do to create a nurturing and safe environment so their children can recover and feel good about themselves; inform parents how to prevent destructive game playing that is common among divorce; help parents gain problem solving skills; and let parents know they are not alone. Other programs include: Lakota Circles of Hope, Disaster Relief, and Uplifting Parents.

Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Individual and couple counseling. Treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, health problems, aging, boundaries, self-esteem, coping skills and grief. Telehealth is available for existing clients. A brief phone interview would be necessary to determine if new patients would be eligible for telehealth services.
