These groups seek to provide support and feedback to women who have been emotionally, sexually, or physically abused in their relationships. Topics of discussion include: the dynamics of domestic violence, crisis issues caused by domestic violence, the impact of traumatic experiences on daily living, staying safe, self-esteem, and healthy relationships.The women's support groups are open and may be joined by anyone at any time. No pre-registration is required to attend and groups are offered free of charge.

Outpatient counseling (for Chemical Dependency and Co-Occurring Disorders) for adults 18 years and older including intensive outpatient treatment, continued care, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and assessments.

Horizon Health - Woonsocket is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exam, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).
