There are 4 programs; 8-week support group, 7-week one on one, 4-week Helping Children Deal with Loss, and 6-week for Pet Loss. Wellness/Brain Health Coaching is a psycho-education program for working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, self efficacy, ADD, ADHD, and addictions which address the four circles of health and healing: biology, psychology, social, and spiritual.
