Group uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and coping skills to help adolescents develop strategies to manage daily stress and emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Flexible scheduling allows for sessions to be held in the office or other community settings when possible, and telehealth sessions are available.
