Cedar Village Assisted Living Facility is a therapeutic place designed to provide permanent supported housing for individuals who are homeless because of severe and persistent mental illness.

General medical and surgical, primary, nursing home, and rehabilitative care. Behavioral health services including addictive disorder services (ADS), compensated work therapy, Residential Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) program, Mental health intensive case management, inpatient psychiatric services, and outpatient psychiatric services. Gun locks are available through the Suicide Prevention Coordinator.

Community mental health center providing a wide variety of behavioral health related services, such as: Outpatient therapy (including individual, family and group counseling) - Screenings and assessments, including Psychological testing Crisis Counseling Involuntary commitment evaluations/Mental health evaluations (QMHP evaluations) Addiction and recovery-based services (including individual and group treatment) Medication management and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outreach services for children/Family based services (staff meet in the client's home or community setting) Residential services/Group homes (Bridgeway) Therapeutic foster care Offender services Prevention services Specialty training in: emergency mental health, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Zero Suicide, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Care, Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Abuse (CBISA), Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Restorative Justice.

Provides detox, inpatient, and outpatient treatment for substance abuse. Services include daily individual and group therapy, trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis support, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate, relapse prevention and life skills development, recreational activities and peer support, case management and discharge planning.
