Licensed social workers are available to travel and meet mothers involved in a crisis situation. Crisis pregnancy meeting sites will be kept confidential and be convenient for the mother. Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) classes for separating and divorcing parents with children under the age of 18, designed to: inform parents how to better understand the effects of divorce; assist parents to understand the needs of their children; help parents learn what they can do to create a nurturing and safe environment so their children can recover and feel good about themselves; inform parents how to prevent destructive game playing that is common among divorce; help parents gain problem solving skills; and let parents know they are not alone. Other programs include: Lakota Circles of Hope, Disaster Relief, and Uplifting Parents.

Clients receive help with depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, adjustment issues, grief and loss, as well as other mental health issues. An adolescent outpatient, time-limited, intensive, and coordinated clinical treatment program with the goal of stabilization with the intention of averting inpatient hospitalization or reducing the length of a hospital stay. Partial Hospital Program (PHP): Serves as a positive alternative when individual counseling does not fully meet the needs of the individual and when inpatient care is not necessary. 5 days per week, 4 hours per day. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): The goal of program is to provide support while promoting independence, growth, individuality and self-reliance. Clients are assisted in learning new and more effective coping skills while remaining in their homes and their jobs. Generally 7 - 11 hours of structured programming per week consisting of counseling and education groups.

Community mental health center offering the following services: Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) Group for adolescents and adults, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), individual counseling, marriage and family counseling, psychotropic medication management, domestic violence evaluations and follow up services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Services include 45 bed hospital, emergency room, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Surgical, Dental, and Prescription Assistance. Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS.
