Psychotherapy group meeting for adolescents age 13 - 18 (still in school), facilitated by a trained mental health professional. Group uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and coping skills to help adolescents develop strategies to manage daily stress and emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder: For children ages 5 - 11 and their birth, foster, or adoptive parents.
