Cedar Village Assisted Living Facility is a therapeutic place designed to provide permanent supported housing for individuals who are homeless because of severe and persistent mental illness.

Provides residential treatment, foster care, special education schooling and independent living services to South Dakota children between the ages of 7 and 23. Program offers an array of therapeutic services in Mitchell and Rapid City including 45 bed psychiatric residential treatment facility for girls ages 7 to 17 (housed in Mitchell), Evidenced Based Trauma Informed programming, special education schooling, individual therapy, group therapy, alcohol and drug treatment, and independent living skills.
