Services Offered: Individual psychotherapy for PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, loss-grief, addictions, communications, self-esteem, and behavioral issues and group therapy (Survivor Strong Groups for female survivors of sexual, physical and psychological abuse) through the following modalities: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Part of the US Department of Veterans Affairs but separate from the VA Medical Centers, with separate and confidential medical records. Offering individual, group, and couples counseling both in Rapid City and at a number of Community Access Points in the Black Hills. Also, a referral service and can point Veterans in the right direction for any information they may need in terms of accessing benefits, enrolling in VA health care, etc. Specialty is helping Veterans readjust successfully into civilian life, and provides counseling for a wide range of problems, from mental health issues like PTSD, depression, and anxiety to life stressor issues such as work-related or relationship difficulties. Provides free bereavement counseling for loved ones of service members who died while on active duty or Veterans who died by suicide.

Minnesota location is licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services and South Dakota home operates as a non-accredited private school that provides housing. Also provides individual and family biblical counseling, group teaching, instruction needed to continue academic training, life skills training, development of leisure skills, and opportunities for spiritual growth. Provides workshops for schools and communities dealing with the topic of relational aggression, cyberbullying, human trafficking, social media safety and more.
