The Systems of Care (SOC) program is a wraparound approach to delivering services to at-risk youth and families. This program is a free resource available to children under the age of 21 and their families and is meant to be a temporary service to help meet the needs of the child and family. Identified needs include but are not limited to basic needs, social supports, emotional needs, educational needs, community supports, housing supports, health, and safety. This program is meant to be temporary where services will conclude once all needs have been met. In instances where the child or a family member requires additional supports outside of what can be provided through this program, assistance will be provided in obtaining these additional services.

Oncology Outpatient Therapist - offer counseling for people with cancer at any stage of treatment or recovery. Addressing issues of adjustment to illness, fear of reoccurrence, cancer induced distress, anxiety, depression, life legacy, advance care planning, grief, and bereavement. Also available to see any family or support members of the individual for counseling. ​​Telehealth available for any individual with cancer or their support person. May be in active treatment or out of treatment.

Caseworkers work with women who are going through an unplanned pregnancy. Support services are available to clients at no-cost. Works to increase identification of youth and families who have been exposed to traumatic stress and shorten the time it takes to get them into effective treatment programs. Offers free screenings to children who may be experiencing traumatic stress, and then, if information warrants, a full assessment will be scheduled.
