Provides support to individuals suffering from mental health issues, alcohol and drug abuse, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, and crime victimization. Support is also provided to individuals struggling with personality development and relationship issues. Therapists specialize in: - Individual, family, and group therapy - Play, art, and sand therapy - Marriage and relationship counseling - Treatment for depression, anxiety, and behavior issues - Trauma - Stress and anger management - Chemical dependency treatment and prevention - Level 1 alcohol and drug evaluation and treatment - Suicide crisis intervention - Treatment for youth with problematic sexual behaviors Additional Services - Parenting classes - Mind-Body workshops - Domestic violence program - Mental health consultations and trainings - Equine Assisted Therapy Group - Mental Health Evaluations - Child abuse survivor program Telehealth sessions available. Group sessions are available at different times throughout the year. Some of the group sessions offered include: - Corrective Thinking: For youth ages 13 - 18 to help members identify: The five basic thinking errors and deterrents to thinking errors The four characteristics that are essential for change The impact of behaviors on family, friends, and the community - Couples Workshops: For couples who wish to enhance their relationship, whether or not they are having difficulties. Workshops offer: Skill and idea description and demonstration Opportunity for couples to practice skills privately Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their experiences if they would like - Introduction to Mindfulness: What happens in your life depends on your mind - Social Skills Group: For 10-15 year olds struggling with social skills or fitting in. Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder: For children ages 5 - 11 and their birth, foster, or adoptive parents. While the parents or parenting team is involved in education, supportive discussion and training, the children will gather in a separate group to work on developmental and behavioral issues. - Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. Participants are taught to assess for risk of suicide or harm; listen non-judgmentally; give reassurance and information; encourage appropriate professional help; and encourage self-help and other support strategies. - Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. All within the context of helping the youth population.

Dedicated to helping anyone who is struggling with pregnancy, abortion, natural family planning, marriage, child-rearing and life's difficulties. The group is willing to be of assistance emotionally, financially, in prayer, or with practical everyday needs.

Variety of groups available: - Divorce (or After Relationship) Group Support group for adults going through the pain experienced at the end of a relationship (divorce, separation, break up). Support group is led by a licensed professional counselor. Babysitting during support group (must call ahead to register). Lasts for 12 weeks and 10 persons maximum allowed in group.
