Christ centered 12-step recovery focused on finding freedom from any hurt, hang-up, or habit through a strengthened relationship with Jesus Christ. Also, able to provide childcare during the meeting.

A 12-step Christ-centered program, to walk with individuals and families who are facing any hurt, hang-up, or habit (not limited to these: co-dependency, abuse, anger, alcohol, drugs, gambling, eating disorders, pornography addiction) and help them get on the road to Christ-centered recovery. Childcare is available.

Specializing in food and weight issues; areas of expertise covers the full spectrum of disordered eating. Focuses on compulsive / emotional eating / binge eating disorder and weight loss coaching. Services provided include individual counseling / coaching, groups, and personalized small groups, classes, and workshops. Offering telehealth services. Prefer first session in person.

Specializing in group therapy for food/body image issues or eating disorders and their origins. An eating disorder diagnosis is not required. Weekly group is virtual only. Day long retreats are in person, free will offering. Participation in either requires a screening/assessment, fee is negotiated.
