Support Groups that are offered include: Your Total Joint Surgery: An education session for patients considering or have scheduled for total joint replacement surgery along with their caregiver or coach. Grief Support Group: A six-week grief support session where those who have experienced the death of a loved one can find comfort, support, and hope.

Helps families and their support systems find hope and healing after the loss of a child at any age. Provides encouragement, compassion and support through retreats, education and small groups. The groups provide a way to connect with other families who are walking a similar journey. Different from other retreats, Healing Hope hosts only 1 family at a time (in a guest house on on 5-acre property), creating a unique one-on-one experience. The facilitators walk alongside the families, not as counselors, but as peers that have been on a similar journey. Healing Hope also appreciates the opportunity to educate the community by sharing personal stories of grief and life lessons with different groups, churches, schools, etc.

Provides home health and hospice services to individuals and their loved ones. The Home Health program delivers skilled nursing services in the home, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and personal care of homemaking services. Hospice Care includes routine home care, continuous care, general inpatient, and respite care.

A 6-week bereavement support group for individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Group Discussion is rooted in Catholic tradition.

For Grief provides grief support, courses, resources, and to help individuals cope with the loss of a loved one. ​ Services included On-Demand Courses, Live Events/Webinars, Grief Support Groups, and Free Downloads.

Provides the following mental health services: adult psychiatry, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), medication management, counseling (individual, family, couple, marriage, and play therapy for children), psychological testing, several support groups, and parenting classes.

An evidence-based and practice informed program that has been shown to effectively influence components of grief and grief recovery. Based on over 40 years of practice dealing with grief and working one on one with grievers, the GRM program helps reduce grief by teaching grievers new skills on how to cope and process grief; how to confront old myths or unhelpful patterns of grieving; how to examine the ways in which grief has impacted their life through detailed assignments and exercises; and how to let go of pain from loss through the timely identification of apologies, forgiveness, and significant emotional statements, all within a helpful, supportive environment. There are 4 programs; 8-week support group, 7-week one on one, 4-week Helping Children Deal with Loss, and 6-week for Pet Loss. Wellness/Brain Health Coaching is a psycho-education program for working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, self efficacy, ADD, ADHD, and addictions which address the four circles of health and healing: biology, psychology, social, and spiritual. Dedicated to helping anyone who is struggling with pregnancy, abortion, natural family planning, marriage, child-rearing and life's difficulties. The group is willing to be of assistance emotionally, financially, in prayer, or with practical everyday needs.

A seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. These videos also include on-location video and the real-life stories of people who have experienced losses like yours. After viewing the video, there is small group discussion about the video. The group also allows for the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a loss, learn about their experiences and have the opportunity to share personal experiences related to the loss.

A weekly support group to help individuals move toward rebuilding their lives following the loss of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. This class features 13 individual lessons/discussions, allowing participants to join at any time.

A support group for those who have experienced the death of a child, grandchild, or sibling at any age, for any reason.

Services Offered: Individual psychotherapy for PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, loss-grief, addictions, communications, self-esteem, and behavioral issues and group therapy (Survivor Strong Groups for female survivors of sexual, physical and psychological abuse) through the following modalities: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
