The Home Health program delivers skilled nursing services in the home, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and personal care of homemaking services. Hospice Care includes routine home care, continuous care, general inpatient, and respite care.

A seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. These videos also include on-location video and the real-life stories of people who have experienced losses like yours. After viewing the video, there is small group discussion about the video. The group also allows for the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a loss, learn about their experiences and have the opportunity to share personal experiences related to the loss.

Services Offered: Individual psychotherapy for PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, loss-grief, addictions, communications, self-esteem, and behavioral issues and group therapy (Survivor Strong Groups for female survivors of sexual, physical and psychological abuse) through the following modalities: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Variety of groups available: - Divorce (or After Relationship) Group Support group for adults going through the pain experienced at the end of a relationship (divorce, separation, break up). Support group is led by a licensed professional counselor. Babysitting during support group (must call ahead to register). Lasts for 12 weeks and 10 persons maximum allowed in group. Support Groups that are offered include: Your Total Joint Surgery: An education session for patients considering or have scheduled for total joint replacement surgery along with their caregiver or coach. An evidence-based and practice informed program that has been shown to effectively influence components of grief and grief recovery. Based on over 40 years of practice dealing with grief and working one on one with grievers, the GRM program helps reduce grief by teaching grievers new skills on how to cope and process grief; how to confront old myths or unhelpful patterns of grieving; how to examine the ways in which grief has impacted their life through detailed assignments and exercises; and how to let go of pain from loss through the timely identification of apologies, forgiveness, and significant emotional statements, all within a helpful, supportive environment. There are 4 programs; 8-week support group, 7-week one on one, 4-week Helping Children Deal with Loss, and 6-week for Pet Loss. Wellness/Brain Health Coaching is a psycho-education program for working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, self efficacy, ADD, ADHD, and addictions which address the four circles of health and healing: biology, psychology, social, and spiritual. Provides the following groups: Journey: a special grief group for bereaved adults who have lost a relative, friend, or child through either a natural death, or a sudden, unexpected death. Critical Incident Stress Management groups for any emergency responders, or for traumatized bystanders.

Different from other retreats, Healing Hope hosts only 1 family at a time (in a guest house on on 5-acre property), creating a unique one-on-one experience.
