24-hour Helpline available to provide information and offer support to anyone seeking recovery from crystal meth addiction. Please note the CMA Helpline is not a crisis hotline and therefore not equipped to respond to emergencies or answer any questions of a medical or legal nature. Although they have volunteers 24-hours a day, some calls do get sent to a voicemail system. If that happens, please leave a message including name and phone number so they can call back as soon as possible.
A 12-step Christ-centered program, to walk with individuals and families who are facing any hurt, hang-up, or habit (not limited to these: co-dependency, abuse, anger, alcohol, drugs, gambling, eating disorders, pornography addiction) and help them get on the road to Christ-centered recovery. The Native Healing Program utilizes the traditional Native American life ways as a method of healing the spirit. Offers the following: individual counseling, family counseling, substance use counseling, psychological assessments, outpatient substance use treatment, and grief counseling. Also, provides Codependency Workshops, 12 hour DUI class, substance abuse treatment needs assessments, and talking circle. Fully accredited with State of South Dakota for outpatient services. Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) offers referrals to 12-step recovery meetings for people who have a desire to stop and recover from sexually compulsive or addictive behavior. Meetings are located all over the world with the majority being in North America. Meetings are held seven days a week at all times of the day. Meeting formats include face-to-face, telephone, and web-based options. SAA does NOT offer telephone counseling nor is it a "hotline." Interested parties will be referred to a meeting in the caller's area or to a telephone/web-based meeting for assistance.

Aims to assist clients in recovery maintenance. Recovery Support services includes formal aftercare programs, wellbriety, traditional pathways, and talking circles. Clients may have had their primary treatment experience within Anpetu Luta Otipi or they may arrive to the program in order to solely take advantage of formal and informal recovery support services. Recovery Support programs build on the progress achieved in primary treatment assisting the client to maintain a commitment to sobriety by encouraging a continuous self and environmental reflection. Recovery Support programs help the client continue to develop their problem solving skills and individual and family healing.

Sexaholics Anonymous is a recovery program based on the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous for those who want to stop their sexually self-destructive thinking and behavior. Sexaholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others recover.
