Provides survivors a space to share, learn, and support one another while developing an understanding of how their trauma-related experiences impact a variety of aspects in their lives. These groups are focused on empowerment, healing, and community. Groups Include Women's Sexual Assault Psychoeducation Group, Women's Sexual Assault Peer Support Group, Art-Based Teen Trauma Group, Art-Based Young Adult Group, and Parents of Children Who Have Been Sexually Abused Support Group Therapists are continuously assessing needed groups related to sexual assault and trauma in the community. Treasured Lives is a faith-based organization with a passion to provide a safe environment for survivors of any form of sexual trauma with specific focus on survivors of Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and sex trafficking. Free those in bondage, whether physically, spiritually, or emotionally, and advocate for a future in which they can thrive, and spread awareness and education regarding sexual exploitation in order to help end sex trafficking and abuse.

Faith Based Organizational Perspective
​ Helps victims of human trafficking navigate their path to freedom. Provides direct supportive services to victims of all forms of human trafficking and to those who are being exploited and are at risk of being trafficked. Through the continuum of care; offers case management, emergency addition services, safe housing, occupational therapy, employment assistance, community education/prevention and supportive housing (Marissa's Project). Call to Freedom collaborates with a strong network of front line providers who offer safe housing, mental health counseling, medical assistance, chemical dependency, transportation, and other supportive services.

Safe Harbor assists victims of violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, elder abuse, human trafficking and stalking through shelter for victims (male victims housed in separate facility), crisis line, support groups, mobile rape / assault task force, information about community resources, community and public education, protection order assistance, and Kids Konnection Visitation and Exchange Center.

Protective/Restraining Orders
Provides shelter for all suffering from domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and their families. In addition to shelter and food, services include: personal and rape advocacy, support groups, legal advocacy and referrals to other service agencies. The Women's Lodge can hold up to 18 adults and children before anyone has to sleep on the floor. Staff can also make arrangements if at full capacity or for other reasons if need be. Two-thirds of residents are usually children since most bring their children with them to protect them from the abuser's violence.

Providing trauma-based counseling for adolescents 12 - 17 who have experience or are at risk for sexual exploitation or sex trafficking and parents, foster parents or caregivers of adolescent girls who have experienced or are at risk for sexual exploitation or sex trafficking using the following group coaching, counseling, advocacy and support services, safety planning, education and awareness, crisis response, skills classes, and recreational outings. All listed services are provided by pre-approval through referral form, according to available resources and as consistent with the mission statement.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
A long-term (up to 24 months) shelter for victims of human trafficking. Victims must be willing to stay at least 6 months. Pathfinder Center is not an emergency short-term shelter. Mission is to provide a place of refuge for victims of human trafficking from all over South Dakota. Safety - Women have stable, safe housing and protection from traffickers. They become part of a healthy, safe community of support that provides compassionate assistance while they address pressing legal, medical and emotional needs. Services and Support - Women receive addiction counseling, job skills/GED classes, emergency counseling and transportation. Services wil also include a crisis hotline, clothing, food and hygiene items. Self Development - Women learn life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, understanding boundaries, understanding trafficking and trauma, and making safe choices to help them live independent lives. Cannot accept anyone who is still using drugs or alcohol. If the victim is still using substances/has addiction issues, they must attend treatment prior to receiving services.
