Providing a safe, culturally grounded space for Native Youth in Rapid City to foster healing, health, and wellness while building self-determination and strengthening life skills. Center Amenities and Services offered include daily meals and snacks, food/hygiene pantry, access to shower and laundry facilities, social and recreational activities (e.g. basketball and volleyball courts, gaming area, and computer lab), Creative Arts (i.e. on-site recording studio, arts and crafts room), Life Skills Workshops, Homework Help, Tutoring, and an on-site K-12 homeschool option. Additional programs offered include a Street Outreach Team that connects homeless or at-risk youth to basic necessities and Resource Navigators to connect youth and families with vital services ---mentorship, obtaining personal identification documents, pursuing employment opportunities, and/or finding emergency shelter/stable housing.

Provides nursing facility and short-term rehabilitation care in a home-like environment with individualized care plans. Services include but are not limited to 24-hour nursing care, wound care management, nutrition services, safety systems, pain management, recreational activities, in-house pet therapy, physical/occupational/speech therapy, and restorative therapy. A faith-filled three-day retreat designed to provide compassionate support and spiritual consolation for parents, guardians, and children. This retreat includes fun and therapeutic activities for children (ages 6-17), guided discussions and support for parents and guardians, shared prayer and reflection, and holistic pastoral care.

Offers residential behavioral health support to young and old to help individuals cope and thrive in a nurturing environment. Services and amenities include 24/7 care under a registered nurse, private rooms, assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, activities to encourage mental and physical wellbeing, personal laundry and housekeeping services, nutrition services, supervised transportation, individualized plans of care, professional guidance for financial support, and payee services. Also has a partnership with Community Counseling Services.

Provides detox, inpatient, and outpatient treatment for substance abuse. Services include daily individual and group therapy, trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis support, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate, relapse prevention and life skills development, recreational activities and peer support, case management and discharge planning.

Services available include hospital (inpatient, outpatient and observation), swing bed (skilled nursing services), dietitian and nutrition services, rehabilitation services, laboratory services, X-ray and CT services, MRI, mobile mammogram and Dexa scan, clinic services, emergency services, and various outreach services. Also provides classes, programs, and events on a variety of toopics. These include tobacco cessation, cancer support group, CPR/First Aid Classes, fitness classes, and blood pressure monitoring.

The programs are outdoor and high adventure oriented, often with church youth groups as sponsors. Career Interest Exploring: available to young men and women ages 10 - 20. Exploring gives young people a chance to explore careers in medicine, animal care, law enforcement, computers, engineering, etc. and other special interests or hobbies.
