Individual, couple and family counseling for issues related to trauma, abuse, relationships, unplanned pregnancy, adoption and parenting. Offers Telehealth counseling services for rural South Dakotans to have access to an outpatient therapist via smart phone, tablet or computer. Call to schedule a session via confidential/secure HIPAA compliant video technology. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - can provide trainings, classes/groups or counseling for employees. Youth prevention program focuses on issues of addiction, violence, promiscuity, and suicide. Other programs include: Lakota Circles of Hope, Disaster Relief and Uplifting Parents.

Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Offers individual, couples, group, and family therapy for all ages. Specializes in work with children and adolescents. Utilizes play therapy, parent/ child interactive therapy, behavior modification, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Experience working with those suffering from depression, generalized and separation anxiety, school refusal, social phobia, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Other areas include social skills training, behavior problems, emotional regulation, selective mutism, trichotillomania (hair pulling), grief and loss, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), Asperger's and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), pediatric bipolar disorder, mood disorders, disruptive mood dysregulation. Offers groups for children: OCD and Worry Free, a psychotherapy group for kids ages 8-13 with obsessive compulsive disorder. Kids, Boundaries, and Manners, an 8-week learning group designed to help children understand body boundaries and personal space. Virtual and in-office visits available.
