The Care Center is the hub of many resources at the Center of Hope. Services provided include computers and phone/fax - Guests can use, at no charge, for resume and employment/job searching; and Pastoral Care - Individuals can receive one on one counseling with the pastoral team, including getting connected with the Earn-Your-Way program.
Weekly programs include:
- Wednesday
- 9:30am - 11:00am, - Women's Coffee Break and Men's Life Bible study groups (During the school year)
- Tuesday
9:30am - Transition to Transformed Bible Study, lead by Center of Hope staff at the Bishop Dudley Hospitality House

Veterans Services offers laundry facility, showers, bathrooms, computer access for job searches and resume preparation, VA services, addiction meetings, HUD VASH meetings, and snacks.

Employment Assistance - Career planning, development of jobs search skills, interviewing, networking, and resume assistance.
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) - Provides information and referrals to local resources for Air Force Families with an exceptional family member (whether medical, emotional, physical or educational).
Military and Family Life Counselor Program - Masters or doctorate-level licensed counselors provide short term, non-medical counseling services to service members and their families at no-cost (anger management, communication, relationship issues, conflict resolution, parenting, decision making skills, deployment stress, coping skills, homesickness, relocation adjustment, reintegration, separation, sadness, grief and loss).
Personal Financial Management - Provides counseling and education with budget and savings management. This can be done in a one-to-one financial counseling setting or in a class. In conjunction with the American Center for Credit Education, provides classes such as Credit when Credit is Due, Money In Motion, and Home Buying classes for financial education.
Readiness program - Assists military members and their families to prepare and go through deployments, TDY's, and remote tours. The Readiness program offers assistance with pre-deployment counseling, preparing practical aspects of separations, providing support to families, and offering reunion support.

Volunteers of America hosts a Veteran Outreach Center Monday through Friday, where Veterans and their families can access immediate resources including: laundry room and necessary supplies. shower facilities and personal care supplies, computer resource center, community day room with coffee and snacks, and access to copier and mail center.
For eligible Veterans experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or those experiencing life changes that can threaten their existing housing stability, Volunteers of America services and assistance may also include: referrals/linkage to VA Housing and community Veterans' services, coaching/case Management that is focused on employment, housing retention and budgeting, processing requests for copies of DD-214s, help getting government issued identification, job-related transportation, job skills training, obtaining materials for new jobs, and job retention once a job is found.
