Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) - Provides information and referrals to local resources for Air Force Families with an exceptional family member (whether medical, emotional, physical or educational). Military and Family Life Counselor Program - Masters or doctorate-level licensed counselors provide short term, non-medical counseling services to service members and their families at no-cost (anger management, communication, relationship issues, conflict resolution, parenting, decision making skills, deployment stress, coping skills, homesickness, relocation adjustment, reintegration, separation, sadness, grief and loss).
