Sanford Hospice is a specially trained team that is committed to providing our patients with quality end-of-life care. Our interdisciplinary team understands and is sensitive to the needs of our patients and their loved ones. Our team is comprised of nurses, medical director, social workers, dietitians, volunteers and chaplains. Hospice services can be provided wherever that patient calls home. This includes inpatient hospice, hospice cottages, nursing homes, assisted livings, and other long term care facilities. Whether an adult, teen or child struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, behavioral challenges, trauma, pain, loss or any area of difficulty, staff are available to help and offer telehealth services. Mental health testing and assessment services also available, including: memory testing, disability testing, bariatric testing, ADHD/ADD testing and a wide range of competency assessments.
