Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.
