Fall River Health Services is a comprehensive healthcare system including a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and 24/7 Emergency Department. Services include Acute Care, Swing Bed Rehabilitation, Emergency Department, Laboratory, Radiology (X-ray, CT, MRI), Ultrasound (Vascular, Abdomen, OB/GYN), Rehabilitation (PT, OT, ST, RT, Cardiac), and Sleep Studies.

Provides long-term nursing facility care and short-term inpatient rehab care to individuals of all ages. Provides 24-hour nursing care. Individualized care plans are developed upon admission and reviewed on a regular basis. Services include activities, dining, spiritual care, and social services.

Provides nursing facility and short-term rehabilitation care in a home-like environment with individualized care plans. Services include but are not limited to 24-hour nursing care, wound care management, nutrition services, safety systems, pain management, recreational activities, in-house pet therapy, physical/occupational/speech therapy, and restorative therapy. Also provides memory support, hospice, respite care services.
